Additional Property Attributes

The Property consisted of residential development with outbuildings in 1889, and by 1897, a storefront occupied by a grocer and a church were present near the northeast corner of the Property. An alley traversed through the center of the Property from north to south. The remainder of the Property consisted of grass-covered land and trees. The Property consisted of residential development, a grocer, siding contractor, and a church until structures were demolished between the 1970s and the 2000s. According to the Property owner, the structures were demolished with basements retained and footings still on the Property. From 2016 to the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of grass-covered land and trees. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the former alley was grown over with trees and vegetation, an abandoned tent, personal belongings, and household rubbish was observed on the western portion, dumped debris (plastic, metal, glass, computer monitor, tire) was observed on the south portion of the Property, and concrete pieces were observed on the north portion of the Property.
