Additional Property Attributes

The Property was residentially developed from 1905 to the 1930s, when a plumbing distributor was present on the south portion of the Property. The remainder of the Property consisted of residential development and grass-covered land. By the 1950s, the commercial development on the south portion of the Property was occupied by either an upholstering facility, physician, restaurant, church, or automobile repair facility until 2000. By 2005, the residential development on the north portion of the Property was no longer present and the area consisted of grass-covered land. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of a vacant commercial structure and grass-covered land. An area of patched concrete was observed near the center of the vacant structure on the Property.
