Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of a vacant multi-story building with associated asphalt and concrete parking lots. The Property has been historically a portion of a larger Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) owned campus which includes multiple former office buildings and facilities. Historical documents show the Property has been utilized for industrial and commercial purposes which included lumber and coal storage, automotive repair, and office space since at least 1907. Historic Sanborn maps also appear to show a portion the Property was formerly a part of the Fox River and was filled. Surrounding parcels have been primarily used for industrial or commercial operations.
