Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of a rectangular-shaped parcel of land encompassing 10.02-acres. The Property is located on the north side of Gardner Street, with Dearborn Avenue and Highway 251 to the east of the Property. An abandoned hotel structure is located on the Property. Historical land use includes former Winnebago County fairgrounds and a filling station on the southeast corner. Nearby north adjacent releases have resulted in VOC plumes, unknown if plumes extend to property. Abandoned hotel structure contains asbestos-containing building materials and significant mold.
