Additional Property Attributes

Site consisted of multiple abandoned structures that had been subject to unauthorized occupancy over the years. The site structures were deemed unsafe by the City, triggering the requirement to remove the structures. Asbestos inspection led to the identification of asbestos in building materials. Abatement completed in February 2022 followed by structural demolition.
