The property is zoned for industrial use, The property is located within the boundaries of operable unit #1 of the Carson River Mercury Site (CRMS). The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection has not promulgated a formal guidance document(s) for commercial and/or industrial development of properties located within the CRMS; however, it is anticipated that soil sampling will be required at these types of properties to assess the CoC levels in the soils and determine if cleanup and/or institutional controls are necessary.
