Additional Property Attributes

The Mill Parcel encompasses two (2) adjoining multi-story mill buildings, which operated as a textile mill in conjunction with the Sanford Mill Complex from the late 1910s to the 1950s and has since been utilized for various commercial and light industrial uses. Prior to the 1920s, the Mill Parcel was occupied by residential dwellings. The Vacant Parcel, which previously comprised a portion of Lot J30-44, is currently undeveloped but was formerly occupied by a mill building and several smaller outbuildings from the late 1800s until a fire destroyed the structures in the mid-1970s. The Vacant Parcel has remained undeveloped since the 1970s.
