Additional Property Attributes

The Site is believed to have been originally developed in the 1800s. By the 1890s, the Site was occupied by a two-story residential dwelling, which was replaced by the current three-story structure in the early 1900s. The western portion of the Site was historically occupied by a second structure from the early 1900s to the mid-1970s, and now consists of a paved parking area. The Site has been utilized for various residential and commercial uses since the early 1900s.
