Additional Property Attributes

The structure is currently vacant and being used for storage by the City of Grafton. The future planned use for the property is to be renovated and used as an entertainment venue or commercial space. The structure was previously used as a theater, and has no other known uses. A completed Phase I ESA did not identify any RECs. A lead-based paint survey did not identify and lead-based paint. An asbestos survey was performed, and asbestos containing building materials were identified in floor tiles in the basement and second floor, insulation on the first floor, and in roof tar. In 2023 a feasibility study was implemented to identify redevelopment
