Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is a single-story building totaling approximately 22,500 square feet. Interior identified building materials suspect for asbestos include drywall walls, various suspended ceiling tiles, glued on ceiling tiles, ceiling tile glue pods and plaster with a finished coat. Exterior building materials suspect for asbestos include door and window caulk and flat roofing materials. Non-suspect materials for asbestos identified at the building consist of wood, brick and concrete block siding.

The property was undeveloped and/or agricultural land from at least 1931 until 1961, when the current commercial building was constructed.
