Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was developed between 1891 and 1896 with seven residential dwellings. The current building was constructed in the southwestern portion in 1915 and the westernmost dwelling was demolished when a gasoline dispensing station was constructed in the northwestern portion in 1926. The gasoline dispensing station was demolished in 1970. The remaining dwellings in the central portion were demolished between the 1960s and 1990s with the last remaining dwelling in the eastern portion being demolished in 2019. The property was redeveloped in approximately 2012 for urban farming operations and the current hoop house was constructed in the western-central portion in approximately 2016. The current building was utilized for residential uses from construction until approximately 2010 and has been unoccupied since that time while undergoing renovations.
