Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document the subject property was developed in approximately 1948 with the current building in the southeastern portion and another commercial building in the southwestern portion. The southwestern building was historically occupied by retail stores and contractors/professional offices. Additions were constructed to both buildings between 1952 and 1956, a northern addition was constructed to the current building in 1974, and northern and southwestern additions were constructed to the current building in 1991. The southwestern building was demolished in approximately 1990/1991. The current building was occupied by machining companies from construction until the 1970s, a plastics company in at least 1973 and 1974, and has been occupied by water filter manufacturing, sales, service, and/or distribution companies since approximately 1975.
