Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was developed prior to 1897 with a residential dwelling and shed. The shed was removed and a residential garage was constructed in 1919. The dwelling and garage were demolished when the current building was constructed between 1922 and 1925. The subject property was occupied by a gasoline service station with gasoline dispensing and automotive service operations from construction until gasoline dispensing operations ceased between 1970 and 1972 and an automotive service garage from at least 1972 to 1994. The building has been unoccupied or utilized for personal storage since that time and has been unoccupied since 2016.
