Additional Property Attributes

The property was developed in at least 1890 with the western residential portion of the current building. The eastern storefront addition was constructed in approximately 1932. The storefront was occupied by a shoe repair operation between at least 1936 and 1941, potential dry cleaner between at least 1970 and 1995, and candy or convenience store between at least 2014 and 2017. The building has been vacant since 2017.
