Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of five parcels totaling 6.942 acres. Property has been developed since at least 1924. Contained multiple homes, businesses, and roadways until at least 1952. Historical mapping and aerial photos show evidence of land disturbance and potential waste burial from 1959 to 1979. Per aerial photos, the property was vacant in 1969 and heavily vegetated in 2018. Waste materials were observed eroding out of a hillside during site reconnaissance, and topo maps shows that fill material has been placed on-site. Potential presence of waste material on-site is considered a REC. Vapor encroachment conditions may exist on site due to landfilled materials.
