Additional Property Attributes

According to information provided by the Lakeview County Board of Assessors office, the Site consists of four parcels totaling approximately 2.7 acres. The Site premises are improved with multiple buildings including a retail store, lumber storage, garage storage, utility sheds, and open barns for additional storage associated with a lumber yard. Commercial properties are located to the east and west, a railroad to the west, single-family residences to the south, and industrial properties to the north. The surrounding area is developed with commercial buildings along 4th Street, residences to the south, and industrial buildings to the north.
The Site is depicted as a lumber storage yard with storage sheds, metal manufacturing, and workshops as early as 1941 until circa 2021 when it was vacated. Further, the facility historically supported a machine shop for truss manufacturing.
