Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located at 2221 East South Street, Jackson, Michigan (Figure 1). The property consists of one legal parcel occupying 0.98 acres (parcel number: 000-14-07-351-001-01). The subject property contains a 3,336-square-foot building that formerly operated as a gasoline service station in the 1970s and an automotive repair operation from the 1980s to 2000. It has most recently been used by a building insulation company. Former underground storage tanks were previously removed and related contamination cleaned up. Phase II ESA results did not find contamination associated with a hydraulic lift or a septic system.
