Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of an approximately 13,000 square-foot (sf) single-story building utilized
by the Springerville City Hall and Museum. The building consists of concrete block walls with
stucco and a metal roof. Approximately 10 percent (%) of the floors were covered by ceramic
floor tiles, 40% were nailed on carpet, and 50% were wood. Approximately 90% of the ceiling
was covered with acoustic ceiling tiles (ACT) and 10% were gypsum board and joint compound.
Approximately 60% of the interior walls were covered by plaster and 40% were gypsum
board and joint compound.
The Property also includes an approximately 5,400 sf single-story building utilized by
the Springerville Police Department. The building consists of concrete block walls with stucco
and a metal roof. Approximately 20% of the floors were covered by ceramic floor tiles, 10% of
the floors were covered by vinyl floor tiles (VFT), and 70% were nailed on carpet. Approximately
90% of the ceiling was covered with ACT and 10% were gypsum board and joint compound.
