For the purpose of this report, materials with any detectable concentration of asbestos are considered positive. These materials included the following: ? Exterior Boiler Room Insulation ? Exterior Boiler Room Pipe Wrap ? Green VFS in Police Department Closet ? Mastic associated with VFS (Assumed) ? Pipe Wrap in Basement Stantec made observations to assess the condition of painted surfaces throughout the Property and collected one paint chip sample from a painted surface observed to be in fair and/or poor condition.
