Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of three parcels and is currently developed with a parking lot and two vacant buildings. The Subject Property was identified as an auto dealership and maintenance facility (former Greenville Buick Cadillac Pontiac GMC) from the late-1920s until the mid-1980s. Identified facilities include an auto dealership, auto body repair/painting, and washing and degreasing buildings. In-ground lifts remain in the historical auto repair area in the Southern Building. Based on the age of the remaining buildings, the possibility of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint on the interior/exterior exists.
