Additional Property Attributes

PPM Consultants, Inc. (PPM) conducted the site reconnaissance on July 5, 2022. Based on historical records reviewed (aerial images, city directories, and topographic maps), the subject property appeared to be undeveloped from 1921 until between 1996 and 2004. The subject property appeared to be developed as a single-family residence between 1996 and 2004. The residential structure remained on the subject property until circa 2012. In aerial images from 2012 to 2020, the subject property appears to be a vacant parcel. Site reconnaissance and interviews with the current land owner all confirm the current use of the subject property to currently be a vacant lot that is overgrown with grass and some woody vegetation. Surrounding property uses historically have been a mix of residential and light commercial.
