Additional Property Attributes

* The Site currently consists of approximately 77.70 acres of idle farmland. At the time of the Site reconnaissance, one (1) dilapidated farmhouse building, and the demolished remains of a barn were observed in the northwest corner of the Site. The remaining portions of the Site consist of open meadows and wooded land.
* The Site has consisted of farmland since at least 1942. The northwest portion of the Site has been developed since 1890. The Site has historically been occupied by several residential owners prior to the purchase in 2007 by the current owner, Crossland Real Estate, LLC. According to the representative of the owner of the Site, the Site was reportedly utilized as a dairy and cattle farm and subsequently utilized as a hay and corn farm. The barn building was reportedly used for hay storage and the farmhouse building was used as a farm equipment storage building. The equipment was reportedly removed from the building and the Site is not currently being utilized for farming.
