Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was developed between 1901 and 1906 with a storefront on previously vacant land, which was occupied by a saloon. The saloon was demolished and the current building was constructed in 1911. The first floor was occupied by a bank from construction until at least 1926, a machine shop in at least 1941, and a flower shop from at least 1949 to 2014. The second and third floors were historically occupied by apartments from construction until approximately the 2010s and have been vacant since at least 2015.
