Additional Property Attributes

The Property is currently unoccupied. The Property and other bays of the Commercialization Station were built in the late 1920s and utilized as a freight station for the Norfolk Southern Railroad. The City plans to develop the Property as a part of the Commercialization Station. The Commercialization Station is a business incubator focused on manufacturing and provides tools for business support services to enhance the community's entrepreneurial climate and to grow businesses.
