Additional Property Attributes

The Site includes an approximately 15,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse structure, an approximately 7,500 sq. ft. barn structure, as well as an approximate 7,000 sq. ft. stockpiling shed along the western portion of the Site. The central portion of the Site is predominantly cleared land, formerly used as a railyard, and contains remnants of a former turntable and railroad terminus.
