Additional Property Attributes

The Property currently consists of approximately 2.9 acres located southeast of the intersection of Albert Street and Sharpsteen Street in the Village of Sebewaing, Huron County, Michigan. The Property is covered by concrete with areas of exposed sand.

the Property was occupied by residences from at least 1895 until 1969 when the east portion of the Property appeared to be developed for industrial uses associated with metal stamping operations on the south / southeast adjoining site. By 1987, the entire Property was part of the metal stamping operation identified as Sebewaing Industries, Inc. and later Lapeer Metal Stamping. By 2008, Lapeer Metal Stamping was closed. The building that housed the metal stamping operation was demolished in 2012.
