Additional Property Attributes

The Property was agricultural land from at least 1937 to 1963, when a structure was present on the south portion of the Property. The remainder of the Property consisted of exposed soil and grass-covered land. Between 1998 and 2020, the Property was occupied by either a construction equipment provider, tire and retreading shop, or a tool and die shop. The remainder of the Property consisted of gravel driveway and parking lots and wooded and grass-covered land. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the structure on the Property was vacant and consisted of offices and the former shipping and receiving area in the south portion of the building and the manufacturing area in the north portion of the building. Multiple, 55-gallon drums of grinding fluid were stored northeast of the building, a trench drain was observed in the truck bay southeast of the building, and three, pole-mounted transformers were located along the west Property boundary. Stained soil was observed east of the building, and discolored soil and soot-like material was observed north of the building.
