Additional Property Attributes

Property is vacant land adjacent to the Dalton's Pickle Company, and the site is being donated to the city for a park. RECs were identified associated with historical structures on-site dating back to the early 1900s, that have the potential to have impacted shallow soils on-site with lead associated with lead-based paint. In addition, an off-site historical gas/service station was identified up to cross gradient that constitutes a REC to the site.
