Additional Property Attributes

The site is an approximately 37.4-acre site located adjacent to the Salem River and is comprised of 13 contiguous tax-lot parcels. The site was formerly occupied by Anchor Glass in Salem City and was run continuously from its founding in 1863 until 2014. The site currently contains several large structures, paved parking areas, building foundations from demolished structures, a public rail line owned by Salem County, and a riparian corridor. As of 2018, limited storage and shipping activities still occurred onsite.
