Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is a single-story warehouse containing 25,879 square feet. The building consists of a small office area in the southwestern corner and the remainder is a high bay open shop area. Interior identified building materials suspect for asbestos include drywall walls and ceilings, carpet adhesive, various floor tiles and associated mastics, intermittent 2' x 2' suspended ceiling tiles, interior door caulk and interior warehouse door caulk, window glaze, base trim adhesive, and spray on foam insulation.
