Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was vacant and agricultural land from at least 1946 until the eastern and central portions were cleared and disturbed between 1999 and 2008. PM was unable to determine why the area was cleared, however it may have been related to road construction to the east. A small tributary appears in the western portion prior to 1953. PM was unable to observe the tributary during the site reconnaissance due to dense vegetation. The tributary is currently visible with aerial imagery. However, PM was unable to determine where the tributary feeds and flows from. Trails appeared throughout the property between 2008 and 2012 and the property overgrown with increased tree cover. The current property owner stated that no business or agricultural operations have occurred on the subject property since his ownership in 1999. Based on the lack of current and historical use of the subject property and residential or vacant use of adjoining properties, PM has not identified the tributary has a REC.
