Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred between 1953 and 1974 with the construction of a dwelling, barn, associated outbuildings, and a pond in the eastern portion. Property use appeared to be residential and agricultural nursery and greenhouses until between 1990 and 1991 when agricultural nursery and greenhouse operations ceased. Between 1999 and 2008 residential use appeared to cease with vegetation and tree cover encroaching upon the dwelling, barn, and associated outbuildings.

The following significant Non-ASTM Scope Considerations and/or BERs were identified during completion of this Phase I ESA:

* Suspect asbestos containing materials were identified at the subject property.

* PM observed several gardening supplies, household furniture, and general refuse in the eastern portion where a barn and associated outbuildings are located. PM also observed an old box truck located near the associated outbuildings. No evidence of petroleum product or hazardous material storage or disposal was observed. Therefore, the gardening supplies and general refuse do not represent a REC. However, PM has identified the refuse as a BER.
