Additional Property Attributes

The property has been used by Colville Indian Power and Veneer, Colville Indian Plywood and Veneer, Omak Forest Products, LLC, Omak Wood Products, and QVL Plywood. Redevelopment plans include construction of tribally-owned Health Clinic and Head Start facilities in the North Log Yard in the short term. Omak Creek is the eastern boundary of the Site, and the floodplain of the creek may be impacted by historical fill. The grantee wishes to perform restoration to improve fish passage and fish habitat.
