Additional Property Attributes

The northeastern portion of the current building was constructed in 1937 on previously vacant land. Additions were constructed to the building between the 1940s and 1970s. The northern parcel historically consisted of vacant land and has been utilized for vehicle parking since approximately the 1960s.The current building was occupied a tool and die shop from construction until 1957, a pattern manufacturing shop from 1957 until 1966, an electric motor repair company from 1966 until at least 1996, and a counseling center from at least 2008 to 2020.
