For example, an investigation of the site history can include an investigation of site vulnerabilities based on historical and recent extreme weather patterns and events (e.g., floods and drought). Phase II ESAs may include use of renewable energy, incorporating remote sensing capabilities, maximize reuse of existing wells (as appropriate) and/or design wells for future reuse, use of field test kits when possible, use of local laboratories when possible, and use of appropriate sized equipment for the project.

Additional Property Attributes

The southern portion of the Subject Property was occupied by residential dwellings from at least the 1900s until the dwellings were demolished in the late 1960s. The commercial building, currently located on southern portion of the Subject Property, was constructed in the early 1970s and is currently used for office space. The remainder of the Subject Property is undeveloped and is grass and tree covered land. The Subject Property includes land to be redeveloped as a 32,850 square-foot mixed-use building with two stories of commercial space and eight residential apartments on the upper level, roof top patio and underground ground parking. Adjacent properties are residential and commercial.
