Additional Property Attributes

EPA performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the Site in early May, 2022. The purpose of the Phase I ESA was to evaluate the property, and to a more limited scope, surrounding properties, for the presence of recognized environmental conditions (REC), historical recognized environmental Conditions (HREC), controlled recognized environmental conditions (CREC), and/or de minimis conditions (as defined by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E 1527-13 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (ASTM Standard E 1527-13 in connection with the Site. ASTM Standard E 1527-21 was also incorporated in these activities. No samples were collected and no testing was performed as part of the Phase I ESA.
