Additional Property Attributes

This property is to hold the land for a future Health Clinic or Treatment Facility development. There are several houses and outbuildings on Tract 3 and Tract 5. Tract 4 is vacant land. To the north, west, and east there are rural residences surrounded by land. The property is rural and may have been used for agriculture. In Tract 3 several outbuildings appear to have been used for horse stables. Overall, the site was used for agriculture in parts and has stands of trees that appear to have existed on the site for long periods of time. There is a very dense cluster of diverse trees near the southern border of Tract 5 with several pathways cleared recently. Phase 1 and 2 indicate asbestos contamination in a building on the site. The asbestos was removed in Sept 2024 and the lead contaminated soil was removed in October 2024. A final Phase 3 Cleanup report has been submitted.
