Additional Property Attributes

Standard historical sources identified that the subject property was historically developed by
single-family residential dwellings prior to the development of the current property buildings in 1941,
which were utilized in connection with the former St. Louis Army Ammunition Plant, which was located
to the north of the subject property. The plant formerly produced munitions for the United States
Army until the 1960s. The subject property buildings historically had been only utilized for the storage
and distribution of those munitions. Following the closure of the plant, the property buildings have
been utilized by a series of manufacturing businesses, however, over the past decade, the property has
remained vacant.
