Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Subject Property was developed with a commercial building and a pole barn. A canopy with three dispenser islands was observed in the central portion of the Subject Property and a remediation system was located east of the commercial building. Paved parking was present in the central and southern portions of the Subject Property and dense vegetation was present along the eastern boundary. Interior portions of the commercial building appeared to consist of office space and storage. We were unable to observe the interior of the pole barn due to the locked door. Environmental concerns-Two 6,000-gallon gasoline USTs and one 12,000-gallon gasoline UST were installed at the Site during 1997. Petroleum impacts requiring remediation were identified at the Site.
This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property:
* The known contamination at the Subject Property exceeding applicable regulatory screening levels.
* The potential for the migration of unknown or unreported contaminants associated with the former dry cleaner and oil company to the south.
The following VECs and/or emerging contaminant concerns were identified at the Subject Property:
