Additional Property Attributes

The Property consisted of residential and commercial development from at least 1884 to 1922, when a warehouse and glass storage structure were present on the south portion of the Property. The south Property parcel, located beyond Franklin Street, consisted of an automobile body warehouse. The residential structures were no longer present by 1956. Between the 1950s and the early 2000s, the Property consisted of commercial and industrial development, including a baseball bat factory, a bag and waste company, a file manufacturer, metal shop, printing operation, forge and fabricating operation, and a machine shop. Between 2010 and 2020, structures were present on the south and west portion of the Property, and a commercial structure was present near the northeast corner. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of vacant, former commercial and industrial structures, paved parking lot, and grass-covered land.
