Additional Property Attributes

The current property owner is the Springfield Redevelopment Authority (SRA), a quasi-agency. The SRA is a separate entity from the City of Springfield. The City of Springfield assisted the current owner with performing due diligence activities to better position the site for sale and future redevelopment, as a Phase I ESA will enhance marketability and mitigate uncertainty regarding the environmental conditions of the site.
