Additional Property Attributes

20 acres of a 176 acre property being assesed for potential land sale to two identified buyers. Land will be used by te fire department to build a satellite station. Depending on negotiated price, the CIC of Belmont Couty would like to purchase the other acreage in order to develope it for businesses and offices. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment found evidence of one Recognized Environmental Condition (REC) for the subject Property. REC - 1: Former Experimental Farm Operations. Specific examples of herbicides and pesticides used on the Property were not found during the research period; however, the on?site chemicals of concern would include herbicides and pesticides used between approximately 1920 and 2000.
