Additional Property Attributes

Owned by Advanced Design Industries for the past 50 years. Phase 2 needed for property transfer for current buyer who is land locked. ADI 25,000 sf building and 2.1 acres of unused land is ideal for expansion. Analytical results obtained from environmental media sampled from the Property during this investigation indicate that the Property has not been significantly impacted by chemical releases associated with the RECs determined for the Property.
Based on the analytical results obtained and the existing site conditions, potential exposure pathways to
human receptors appear to be incomplete and applicable commercial/industrial standards are met.
