Additional Property Attributes

The site is a rectangular shaped lot of approximately 0.22 acres. The property area consists of a large rectangular shaped building that is currently vacant and unused, except for some storage use. The site is a former dry-cleaning facility that operated from around the 1950s until 2014. JD Stewart purchased the building in the 1950s and it was owned by a couple of different members of the Stewart family and operated as a dry-cleaning business by the Stewart family until 2002. At that time, the business was sold to Concord Cleaners but the building ownership remained in the Stewart family. Concord stopped operations at the site approximately in 2014. Since then, the site has not been used.
