Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently vacant. The first developed use is unknown but according to a 1898 Sanborn Map, the subject property indicates residential use for most of the block until as late as 2008. The subject property was developed with a mix of single and multifamily homes sometime before 1925. The property was previously owned by the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. The anticipated future use of the property include flood mitigation measures as part of the City's partnership with the USACE to implement the Norfolk Coastal Storm Risk Management Project.
