Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently vacant and undeveloped with the exception of parcels 1719 & 1721 Willoughby Ave which are being used as a storage yard with steel shipping containers. Aerial photographs suggest the property was in use from sometime before 1937. The subject property shows mixed structures on the property between 1937-2016.The property was previously owned by the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. The anticipated future use of the property include flood mitigation measures as part of the City's partnership with the USACE to implement the Norfolk Coastal Storm Risk Management Project.
