Additional Property Attributes

The Harlow Property (Subject Site) is located at 215 E Main Street in Kewanna, Fulton County, Indiana. The Subject Site consists of a single parcel totaling approximately 0.12 acre of land that is located in the Town of Kewanna, Indiana. The surrounding area is mixed use residential and commercial properties. The Subject Site had operated as various mid-town store fronts from at least 1893. Early storefronts included drug store, bank, hardware, clothing, grocery, tin shop, and a bakery. The Subject Site has been abandoned since at least 2013 and is currently in disrepair. No RECs or VECs were identified for the Subject Site. An Asbestos and paint chip survey was not a part of the scope of work. However, observations were made during the site reconnaissance that would indicate the potential presence of asbestos containing material and lead paint inside the structure of the Subject Site. Therefore, an asbestos and paint chip survey should be conducted before the building is renovated or demolished. Lead paint was identified in the 2nd floor space. Category I Non-friable ACBM was identified in the 2nd floor spaces.
