Additional Property Attributes

This site has traditionally been used for commercial/retail purposes, most recently a hair styling salon. The upper floor was used for residential, and office uses. This site is currently vacant and unused. According to the records review, the Subject Property was utilized as a grocer and/or dry goods store as early as 1888. As seen within the local street directories, the Subject Property was then utilized as a children's clothing store from approximately 1964 until circa 1979. The Subject Property was then listed as being a hair stylist from approximately 1984 until as recent as 2017, with residential space being located on the second story of the structure beginning in 1988. This assessment has revealed no RECs, CRECs, or significant data gaps in connection with the Subject Property. The results of this inspection indicate that lead was not present in amounts greater than or equal to 1.0 mg/cm2. Based on the laboratory results, no sampled materials at the Subject Property are considered ACM.
