Additional Property Attributes

Current vacant lot in residential setting. Past use was residential and commercial. Historical dry-cleaner operated on the parcel. No subsurface VOC impacts identified. Near surface elevated lead in soil attributed to Aerially Deposited Lead (ADL). Lead levels above residential standards but not above commercial standards. Current owner is a Church. Redevelopment will consist of a paved parking lot to support an adjacent affordable senior housing project. Redevelopment project construction began in May 2023 and is anticipated to be completed by December 2023.
