Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in November 2022 per ASTM E1527-13 and -21, RECs were identified in relation to an on-site auto repair facility with agency records indicating unauthorized discharges of hazardous waste to an on-site septic system. Nearby industrial land uses also offer the potential for migrating impacts. On-site structures date back to the mid-1960s offering the potential for asbestos-containing materials to be present.
